Campos del Río hosted yesterday afternoon the first day of tasting dishes prepared with products of indigenous breeds of the Region of Murcia under a resounding success of participation and organization.

Diners were able to taste and rate innovative dishes cooked with products of indigenous breeds from the Region of Murcia such as Empanada Campera and Caprichos de Campos, by IMIDA;

Cabrito Murciano, prepared by chef Josefa Salas Chico de Guzmán from El Paseo Restaurant;

Chato Murciano by the lorquino Jose Reverte Navarro;

Chato Murciano by Juan Martínez Antolinos from the restaurant Airemar de Baños y Mendigo;

Capón Murciano by the cook Juan Regis Espinosa of the Restaurant La Cerdanya in Dolores, Cartagena;

Cordero Lechal by Juan Carlos Ruiz Riquelme (Chef Manta) to conclude the tasting with an ice cream of Chato Murciano with melon sorbet.
