The Grouping of Civil Protection Volunteers of Campos del Río maintains training for new members, providing them with all the resources necessary for the work they carry out within the group.
Thus, during the last days an orientation gimkana has been carried out through the streets of the municipality where the volunteers have been able to learn to use the communication equipment, the keywords in the different prevention and rescue actions or the vocalization when communicating among volunteers, as well as the location of the streets.
With these activities, as highlighted by José Luis Sánchez, coordinator of the group in the municipality, basic and essential aspects of the volunteer's work are learned in a fun and entertaining way, while varying the tasks normally performed from the group .
From the Civil Protection group they have also developed a first aid workshop on immobilization and mobilization techniques.
