Fifteen inmates in the Educational Therapeutic Unit (UTE) of the regional prison Murcia II - Campos del Río, with problems of drug addiction, commanded by the professor of CIFEA (Integrated Training Centers and Agricultural Experiences) Lola Martínez, inaugurated in the prison garden a training cycle for employment in the ecological agricultural discipline, pioneer authorization in the Region of the General Directorate of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Water of the regional government of Murcia in favor of social reintegration and vocational training for employment aimed at the prison population.
The performance, which is part of the Seed Guardians Project of the Templar Association of Jumilla (Murcia) and the Cultural Association Jumillana (Barcelona) authorized in May 2017 by the General Secretariat of Penitentiary Institutions as training therapy, will equip students who have approved the course of the accrediting official qualification that will facilitate them to be able to access the labor market, contributing to their reintegration into society once the penalty imposed for the crime committed has been fulfilled, giving due account to a constitutional right.
